Spam and Virus protection. These offerings are
listed below with explanations of each level and the
respective features of that level.

Tier 1 |
| This level includes the following: |

Pass-Thru non-invasive Greylisting:
Greylisting provides a “temporary
reject” of any email not recognized by
our MailServer. If the email is
legitimate, the originating mail server
will attempt to resend the message (per
RFC) at which time we will accept it.
The objective here is that most spammers
or automated mailers are not configured
to retry messages. In this case, we are
not really filtering or removing any
e-mail messages.
- Virus filtering based on our
Symantec database of 118,500+ known
computer viruses. Our Anti-Virus
code base is also updated every day.
- This level of service should remove
from anywhere from 65% to 80% of spam
from your mailbox.
- Secure email transit using Transfer
Layer Security (TLS) protocol
- This can be set up with no moving of
mailboxes, etc. You can host your
e-mail on any server and we can provide
this service for you, or we can host
your e-mail boxes.

Tier 2 |
| This level includes the following: |

Greylisting (as above) along with Spam
Filtering – In addition to tier 1, we
also will do spam filtering which will
trap any suspected spam message into a
special folder on our mail server. You
would need to log into the web mail
console and white list any legitimate
emails for future delivery. Once any
sender is white-listed, you will not
need to further manage any future emails
from that sender.
- Control panel web mail log-in to
manage all emails, spam lists, white
lists and black lists in real time.
- Spam filtering based on our 800+
tests in our spam test algorithm code
base. Our algorithms and code base
is updated every day.
- Virus filtering based on our
Symantec database of 118,500+ known
computer viruses. Our Anti-Virus
code base is also updated every day.
- Secure email transit using Transfer
Layer Security (TLS) protocol
- This level of service should remove
from anywhere from 75% to 88% of spam
from your mailbox.

Tier 3 |
| This level includes the following: |
- Challenge-Response spam filtering
- Blocks 100% of spam!

Greylisting, Spam Filtering and
Challenge/Response - Along with tier 1
& 2 above, we would also implement a
Challenge/Response function to your
email which would require anyone sending
you a message to verify that they are a
valid sender by replying to a challenge
message where they would enter a
letter/number string in a web page.
Once they do that one time, any future
emails will be delivered without delay.
You would need to log into the web mail
console and make sure no valid emails
are trapped, etc. This is the most
effective and fail proof way to protect
yourself.
